Kaiji The Movie a.k.a Gaming Apocalypse Kaiji.

Loser Kaiji has to repay a dept and in lack of cash is offered the only way out: to board a cruise ship and take part in the ultimate gambling night that may see him cleared of all dept or spending the rest of his life as slave.
Anybody know's the name of the female co-star? Heard from Shan she's damn famous & high profile in Japan? Only know her name in Chinese is 天海又希 is it?

(I found out her name is Yuki Amami hehe) 

Kaiji, whose life sucks anyhow decides to dare all and joins the cruise, not knowing what terrifying rollercoaster ride lies ahead.

The movie keeps the momentum from beginning to end and despite changes of mood and tone throughout is a gripping tale of winners and losers and the morale that makes even loser winners.
Kenichi Matsuyama made a supporting appearance against his Death Note's co-star Tatsuya Fujiwara

It's quite sick at some point.... cos the cruise gambling is run by rich ppl to see these gambling addicts driven by greed to do anything.... Hmm....

But haha... Kaiji managed to win la but life isn't exactly back to normal for him as you would have expected. Try to catch it if you can!

It's very much open ended like the Death Note movies....
