Thursday, Xiang & I got up at 615am and started preparing a bit...

My parents were actually preparing to go work themselves so Papa dropped us off at BL complex where we were supposed to board bus. Before they left, Mama told me, "Don't anyhow gamble ah! Don't spend too much ah." Typical moms...

At 730am, we boarded the bus. The bus seats were fixed. We were arranged to sit at row A, the very first seat just behind the driver. We wanted to get some rest but the big family behind us were damn noisy.. sian...

We took the 2nd link to Tuas. The automated machine were so cool! You don't need physical staff to scan your passports anymore... you place your passport like how you would do to your bank book to do the update. The machine will scan your passport and you're done!

So after we board bus at the Tuas link, I asked the driver if we could swop seats and seat behind, luckily the whole bus wasn't filled so we took the last row. But it didn't help either cos the noisy family occupied the whole bus so there were also SGNs in front. Noise level didn't go down either.

We reached the first stop at Yong Peng at 1015am and had breakfast there. Had handmade fishball noodles for breakfast

We went on with the journey from 1045am onwards... without any stop over for toilet. I'm a zui tang and I always drink a lot of liquid. Hence when it was approaching 1pm, I buay tahan liao. The coach itself has a little loo for 'small release' but to my horror, it was in total darkness when I shut the door! So I told Dearie to help me look out the door to make sure there was at least 2cm to let the light in otherwise I can't see anything inside at all!! The toilet seat was made in metal and it was situation just beside the vehicle's engine so you can imagine the amount of heat my butt has to take while sitting it...

After the 'release', journey continues until 130pm where the bus finally stopped for a break again. But... since I'd already peed so, I needn't have to go again. If I'd known the break only came at 130pm, I wouldn't be able to wait that long either. LOL.

At 330pm, we finally reached Genting! It was a 7 hour coach ride! We made our way to the main hotel lobby. There were soooooooo many ppl, so many tourists. It seemed over flooded with ppl during this June season. We had no idea where to check in so we queued up for the information counter and after speaking to the staff, free & easy tourist actually check in at another location instead of the main hotel lobby. So we went there, took queue number, was told by the staff that it won't be our turn until an hour later and told us to go back at 430pm.

We left our luggage at the baggage counter and decided to explore around the place since we had an hour to pass before getting rest in the room. Decided to change currency, walk walk see see but settled back at Starbucks.

Dearie has many many expressions...

430pm we were back at the check in counter but it wasn't until 445pm when everything was done. By the time we reached our hotel room was 5pm+. Settled down and got some rest before getting up at 730pm for dinner.

We were looking around deciding where and what to have for dinner but nothing seemed to fancy us until we saw this Shanghai Xiao Long Bao restaurant. There were lots of ppl so we thought it probably taste good. The pictures on the menu also seemed alluring so we made our orders of 2 lamian, 1 xlb, 1 desert.

Orders came and we were very disappointed. What la mian is this?? Ming ming is maggie mee lor...

Then we refered back to the menu and realised the la mian was in inverted commas.

Then the desert came.

But it tasted crap. Basically everything we ate today was freaking expensive and taste like crap... sigh~ Wonder how they attract so many ppl and earn so much from them...

After dinner, we continued exploring around, walking & walking...

Dearie's eyes very 迷人. Those Scorpio eyes which I fell for.

Pretty decorations.

At 1030pm, bought tics to take this Euro Express train/roller coster ride and 4D theatre.

As the 4D theatre is allocated at 1130pm, there was still some time left. I decided to go for this RM25 haunted house experience but it was total crap!! All 3D images of monsters and I kept clutching Dearie close. At the end of the 10min I felt the money not worth spent! LOL!

We went to Coffee Bean and had a blueberry cheesecake!

Xiang was quite dulan the whole day with poor service. Poor food/drinks, poor attitude. Anyway, we went to watch the 4D Theatre that was showing some Ali Baba cartoon, in 4D I guess.

Totally crap move. Waste of 30min. Very poor 4D effects. Terrible graphics, image & sound. I was going cross eyed the whole time and my eyes hurt. The 4D Magix at Sentosa was better.

We figured out way back to the hotel room and tried to sleep early cos it will be the long day the next day.

Friday, got up at 830am and prepared for a fun filled day. Dress mei mei!

Wu Korean male & female lead boh?? =X

Headed over to the restaurant for it's breakfast buffet.

Not very fantastic Western food but I like the toasted jammed bread.

NAH! Give u hotdog!

1030am, themepark playing starto!!!

We took the Caterpillar ride which was go through indoors and outdoors of the whole themepark.

We were inside one of the 'cabin' that we shared with another family of 4.

One of the view we saw outside that overlooked mountain. Very beautiful sky I thought.

This is the view I'm getting from inside.

Colourful bus terminal and the First World Hotel.

Dearie checking out the theme park

After the ride, we went exploring outside and realised there weren't just one casino, there were MANY casinos. In fact, every hotel has one. And there were probably lots of hotel, resorts etc. We just kept taking the escalator up and up and up until we were on a pretty high altitude and came across this Skyway Cable Car thingy and decided to go on a cable car ride!!!

Believe it looks 20 times scarier than this. I kept feeling we'd fall cos it was rather shaky.

We shared the cable with 2 China aunties who were pretty nice, unlike the typical noisy PR*s.

Dearie so cute acting cute! LOL!

Another view.

We kept going up, going down... KONG BU!

Anyway, there wasn't anything much at the other end of the Skyway so we took the return trip back up and head over to the theme park and start a day of fun! We took the 'individual chair thingy' I wasn't sure how to describe this?

It was a fun ride where kids enjoyed it too. Oh yeah, I bought the stockings there, very durable! LOL! Kept me warm from the temperature up there.

Despite the rather cold weather, it's ICE CREAM TIME!

Ice cream sharing~

Next we took the bumper boat!

Nobody to take pics of us while we were in the water so could only self take it.

After the boat ride, we went to this bo liao space shuttle thingy. We saw no one queuing and we got in pretty quickly but end up and watching some crap space shuttle thingy. There were a few rides we were thinking of taking but it's either bo liao or queue too long. Then we decided to challeng ourselves and queued up for this.

I was the one who took the video of the ppl taking the ride.

When it was finally our turn, after being strapped in our seats, I grabbed Dearie's hands tightly and we were being transported up to the very top slowly. It was probably 20seconds of being transported up there, I almost died when I go so high up there... I kept trembling seeing the whole Genting resort under my feet...

As you'd seen from the video, there would be a big jjjeeeesssshhhh sound, like 'smoke release' thingy from the machine getting ready to 'take off' or something. My guts had probably disappeared but the 'let down' was delayed and I didn't expect to be 'let down' so quickly... I'd never done bungee jump before but I think it's probably 10 times more than this ride? I didn't dare to open my eyes and kept my eyes closed until I was 'bounced up' again. When it came down the 2nd time, I closed my eyes again... gosh~~ I thought my heart jumped out of my throat or something... It was damn high la... and scary too!!

After we got off from the seat, both our legs were trembling and couldn't walk straight!! HAHAHA!! Damn paiseh. Ok, have to rest. Cannot have any more of these so we decided to head back to hotel rooms to rest before continuing again...

Along the way back to hotel room, we da bao Burger King. And wah kao... 2 person meal without any extra or upsize can cost $20! Means 1 person is SGD10! Biang eh... Anyone who wanna stay & have fun in Genting but don't want to spend too much on meals better bring your own cup noodles..

We took a 2 hour rest before making our way back to where we left off. It was evening time and the weather turned colder le.

A rare smiley pic of Dearie...

We then queued up for pirate ship.

Snapped a pic while we were waiting for more ppl to board the 'ship'

While we were queuing up there and watching the ppl in front of us, it didn't seem that scary. But when the machine started when we were on it, it was damn kong bu!! I didn't know it shook that high, I felt as though I was going to fall even though the bar were over us. Some kids were damn brave too! Haha... it was fun la!

After Pirate Ship, we took the roller coaster, really is the 360 degree kind and went really fast. But.. hmm.. I felt that I had wasted the 5min cos I kept my eyes closed the whole time and didn't get to see anything... gosh~ Hahaha!! Obviously I couldn't take any pics of that since it was going in such a fast speed...

Next was this luge ride thing. We get to drive a 'speed racer car' thingy and wearing the smelly helmet and drove around a courseway. The usual photo taking stuff where your photo will be loaded into the computer and you can order the photos as souvenir. We looked horrible in it.

Last outdoor ride was a miniature version of roller coaster. The bigger one was like caterpillar ride with 10 over ppl. This miniature is strictly for 4 ppl. There were only 2 carraiges which carry 2 ppl in front and 2 ppl in front. The 2 girls in front of us were damn hysterical... HAHA! at least for this I dared to open my eyes so I was able to see what was happening but once again when we were 'heading down at a fast speed and high gradient', I kept my eyes closed... damn scary one I tell you!

Done with outdoor rides, we were back indoors again.

To Be Continued...
