Caught Leehom’s Love in Disguise.
Love In Disguise stars Leehom and Liu Yifei in a movie set in the modern time but is about reviving the classical music and finding your soulmate.
Leehom is Du Minghan, a singing superstar who has everything in life but things changed when he came across Song Xiao Qing (Liu Yifei). He had this instant attraction (not romantically, but more of like he believes that they are bonded) and decided to enter the music school Xiao Qing was attending.
But how could he use his status as a popstar to enrol into the school as a normal person? Together with his sidekick (his personal assistant actually), they role play as villagers from a far far away country unheard of just to get to know Xiao Qing better. LOL!
Chen Handian damn funny lor! Liu Yifei was so cute!
Of course in the end, the guy do get the girl!
For the record, Leehom is the director of this movie and he casted Liu Yifei to play the female lead role! Wahaha so actually Liu Yifei is his type lor!

You know, in a lot of drama, they always like to depict the female lead as somebody who’s a Plain Jane and doesn’t really bother about dressing up or dolling pretty and THEY will be those special kinda girls that the rich, handsome male lead will fall in love with.
Truth it, I DON’T, FOR ONCE, BELIEVE that guys are actually interested in Plain Janes. Because as far as I know, I can for sure guarantee that ALL guys love pretty girls!
Ok I believe in “Beauty Is In The Eyes Of The Beholder” and to a person who’s not shallow, the actions speaks louder than words cos the actions forms the impression.
Supposed a Plain Jane is willing to shield a beggar on the roadside during a thunderstorm, then yeah… that Plain Jane wow many who’d confirm find her a beautiful person cos she has a kind heart. But suppose the Plain Jane was just walking as per normal on the streets, who would take a second look at her?
Bottom line: 各花入各眼。
Anyway, Leehom went on Kang Xi Lai Le to promote this movie and he was quite funny throughout the whole show because Chen Handian was supposed to be best friends with Leehom in the movie.
Through this movie, they became good friends - this news bewildered Xiao S & Cai Kangyong and both of them actually spent the whole episode grilling Chen Handian & Leehom on their choices of collaboration...
