This movie Click is simply amazing. I'm sure anyone who watched it WILL NOT have any negative remarks.

I didn't expect I'd teared up at certain parts considering it was supposed to be a comedy, from the reviews & trailers. It was super super super touching lor! I'd heard some sniffs inside the cinema so I wasn't the only one. I'd always like family-themed storyline and will turn to mush immediately...

Apparently Adam Sandler plays Michael (forgot last name), who's an architect, who was a workaholic and spent most of his time at work than with his family. His wife gotta take care of his son & daughter & pet dog & do laundry & dishes but she was very understanding that her husband was out making money and trying to let the family have a better life.

Time to time, he couldn't figure out which remote is for the TV, fan, kid's toys, garage and hoped to have a universal remote control for everything to save his time.

He went to this mega store and was offered a super wonderful remote control which could fast forward or go back to the past and know what the other party he had contact with was thinking. Time was precious for him, he do not have time to get sick, showers, traffic jams, family gathering cos he had so much work to do, models to make, clients to meet etc.



So he always fast forward these parts which seem time-wasting or redundant to him cos he couldn't wait for himself to get promoted & enjoy life with his family.

As time passed, he got so used to fast forwarding the same procedure that the remote control, that had excellent memory, would AUTO fast forward chapters of his life which he was so used to fast forwarding. So the remote control got out of hand when he realised he had missed so many parts of chapters of his life.

No doubt he became a top notch architect and had a wonderful office and staffs under him, but his family was a mess, his teenage son was as fat as him cos they kept gorging junk food, his teenage daughter is seeing someone and his wife has got a boyfriend as they were divorced.

And his life got fast forward until his son took after him and became an architect and got married, his daughter became a real hot chick... His father had passed away but he wasn't even there when his father passed away....

I teared up when he went back to the scene the last time he saw his father who said, "I love you" to him but yet he was so busy with his work that he couldn't be bothered and even shouted at him. Sigggh....

Then he attended his son's wedding only to find out his wife had remarried, he couldn't take all of these and got a heart attack and collapsed.

His son & daughter visited their father at the hospital after his heart attack. Because of the father, the son would be postponing his honeymoon to keep his dad company. He realised his son was going to follow his footsteps and he cannot allow that to happen so he left the hospital and chased after his son, daughter, ex-wife who already left the hospital just a while ago.

It was raining heavily with thunders & storms, he was chasing after them in the rain. He kept shouting for his son's name but they couldn't hear him.

Omg... my tears streamed down my face upon seeing that scene. He had difficulty in breathing and collapsed to the ground, in the rain. He had his hands on his chest as he was experiencing another heart attack. He shouted for his son one last time and the son finally heard his dad calling him and rushed toward him... the whole family were in tears cos it was time for him to go and he died.... While he died the scene was replaying what had he done over the years....

And I thought the show ended right there. But there was a twist in the end. And I shall be the spoiler for those who haven't or didn't watch :X

Yuan lai all of these was a bad dream. He feel asleep at the store that sells universal remote control. The moment he wakes up, he quickly rushed to visit his parents and told his father that he love him. Then he rushed home and changed his attitude towards his family and even the dog! Awwww....

After we walked out of PS, went to have dinner at Selegie. Wanted to take Xiang to eat the bak chor mee at Fortune Centre but by the time we reached there, they were closing le. So we went over to Sunshine Plaza and had fried wanton noodles!

Wanted to have 2nd round of movie but I think Xiang was too tired so just walked over to Esplanade and ate ice cream and watched/listened to the gig performing at the Waterfront. It was a nice spot to sit down & relax while chatting heartily...

It was time to go, while waiting for the train towards West to come, both of us kept looking at our reflection. I like the way my head reached around his neck. We board the train and was coop up at a small corner all the way from City Hall to Chinese Garden, no chance to move an inch. And my back was very suan.. Got hungry again and went to look around my house kopitiam to eat and settled for fried rice & crispy noodles.

On the route back home, Xiang kept scaring me!! Then scared me liao will come and hug me!! HAHA!! Dunno whether to laugh or get angry! HAHA!! But I like him like that.

I was glad we are of the SAME TYPE!! SAME PATTERN!! It was 1140pm and I suggest to wait 187 together with me and I'll go home on my own.

Two 187s had passed and he boarded the 3rd one. Goodnight Dearie...
