Since beginning this year when we decided to take our relationship to the next level, we have decided that we'd get a place near either of homes - which is either Jurong or Woodlands. 



We were delighted to know that there will be BTO coming up in Clementi & Bt Batok and was extremely looking forward for these locations.

Since the beginning of March, I'd been standing by the HDB's website but it didn't come out until Mar 28 -.- When the list of prices of the BTO were out, Xiang & I were extremely sian...



Clementi 4-room is 440K and 5-room is more than half a million.

Then we consider that this BTO will only be complete in 2017 :( Imagine if I plan to have a kid next year or the year after next, it will be 3-4 years liao in order to have our own flat.

So we decided to try it out for SBF even though they are fewer units. Gotta try somehow. =\







And we eventually chosen Woodlands 4-room @ Treegrove. Though there are only a few available units, I really do wish that we'd get it somehow =\
