At one look, it was easy to tell it was a collaboration between HK, TW, China production. I am also very sure it's filmed in China, which part I'm not sure. What I didn't get was Zeng Zhiwei's occasional Cantonese in the movie.

It was ok in the beginning... with Jacky Wu's guest appearance of discovering a baby and brought it to a Kung Fu school and this child, Jay Chou, grew up to be a typical rebellious Kung Fu student.

He was then being expelled cos he poked his business in some triad boss place. He was discovered to be a talented basketball player and turned into a sports star overnight and was enrolled to play for Truth University where he got a crush on Charlene who's elder brother Chen Bolin was the drunkard captain of the team.

Charlene got a crush on another star player in the team, a very shuai & super stylo milo & damn seh China (Or Taiwan?) guy whom I don't know the name but he sure looks good! Haha...
Yup this very suave guy with shades

They went all the way to the top in the inter-varsity basketball championship but they met baddie team lead by Liu Genghong...
I don't understand how is this 'costume' suitable for a basketball match?

... who's a basketball finals became a crappy 乾坤大挪移篮球武功比赛 where the elders from the Kung Fu school aided Jay & his team into winning the competition.

OUT OF NOWHERE!!! Jay, who had been an orphan since young... has a dying father with huge wealth & assets appeared suddenly, out of the blue, like that. Like WTF!

And then Charlene confessed to her crush who then rejected her cos he still love his gf who passed away, and then Jay comforted her and also expressed his feelings for her.

... But was also rejected by her.... and then he's stuck with inheriting his new-found dad's business & wealth or continuing playing basketball with Zeng Zhiwei...

HAHA!! Crappy storyline but cool visuals & fighting scenes & of course... lotsa eyecandies, hunks playing basketball... Girls will go hua chi over this but probably not the guys. Haha!!

Nice for a laugh!
